Questions before you commit
Annual plans are invoiced upfront for 12 months. You receive a 17% discount relative to the month-to-month rate. We accept credit card or ACH. Enterprise contracts use net-30 invoicing.
Each connected source system counts as one connector — so NetSuite + Salesforce + Workday = 3 connectors. A CSV upload also counts as one connector slot. Data warehouse integrations (Snowflake, BigQuery) count as one connector per query you define.
We don't offer a self-serve free trial because the product's value comes from connecting your real data sources. Instead, we offer a 45-minute live demo using your actual ERP and CRM data — you see the real output before any contract is signed.
Yes. Mid-year upgrades are prorated. You pay only for the remaining months at the new tier rate. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
No setup fees on any plan. Essentials and Professional plans include standard onboarding (guided first connection + first model walkthrough). Enterprise customers receive a custom onboarding program delivered by a dedicated customer success manager.
